Wednesday Weigh-In

Take it away!! All of it!!

Up slightly this week (.7), but I'm working on it... I know what I need to do. I just need to do it, ya know? Any words of encouragement throughout the week would really help. :)

Did I ever mention that I have stopped getting my B-12 shots? Yeah, I stopped going about a month ago. I might go back after I've made some headway on my own, just to get a professional analysis and maybe some more shots(?) but I won't be going every month like I had been in the past.

You can do it! I know you can! If I did, I promise anyone else can. I'll never forget the first time I worked out and came home to see how many "points" I had earned from my 45min walk... 3! That was one cookie. Wasn't even worth eating the cookie at that point. It's hard though, I'm still there! Good luck. You are amazing!!!

You Can Do It!!! I totally know the feeling of being overwhelmed with it. I'm So much happier when I work out and say No to junk food. it's hard, but what a high when you succeed!!!!

All these comments are so true Ali, look how many people are behind you, you have a great support system but you have to start with the belief in yourself and sometimes that's the hardest part, especially when you have days that you feel like you're letting yourself down. I have those almost everyday. But I know for sure that when I exercise it gives me strength and I feel so much better about myself and I eat better because I have invested that workout time. Once I get off sugar and "white" carbs, it's not so tough to resist those things anymore, it's just getting to that point and staying there that's hardest. Take it a day at a time, or an hour at a time if you need to. Plan out what you're going to eat for each day the night before and make it a game to stick to it. The prize for winning that game is a boost of self assurance that you can succeed. I know you can succeed, be positive with yourself, you ARE worth it!!! Love you!!!!

p.s. Jillian is always there to kick your butt, let her do it!!! :) She helps 100's of people lose the weight on Biggest Loser, I know it will work for you too, but not unless you do it.
