Weight Blog

Or should I say Weight Blarg...?

I started a weight loss blog this summer. It's just something I do for myself, to help keep track of things, to have some accountability, and as an outlet. It's private and it will stay private, at least for a while.

Before Christmas, I had lost 27 pounds since my heaviest this summer. If you would like to share the journey with me, be a cheerleader, etc, email me and I will send you an invitation.

have you tried the livestrong.com web site's "my plate"? I LOVE it! Tracks all of the food you have eaten and activites you've done to burn calories. Good luck with all of your weight loss! :)

I would love one! I am starting to work out again after my pregnancy and I have lost about 25 so far and would like to loose another 40 to get to a healthy weight for me. It seems overwhelming, and it would be great to read how you are doing for some inspiration! kristin.aten@gmail.com

i want an invite! maybe you can motivate me to lose some weight....i've got about 30 to go. har har...like i'm going to find the motivation to get up off my rear. :P i think it's awesome that you're doing so well. i can sit on my bottom and cheer for you!
